FAQ

When will my first issue arrive?

  • Orders placed on or before the 25th of each month will get the next's month's issue (shipped by the 28th)
  • Magazines will arrive within 3-10 business days after they are shipped!

My child is not 4 - 8 years old - will they still enjoy it?

Absolutely! The age range is only a guideline based on the skills needed to complete the activities (i.e. tracing, coloring, drawing, matching, etc.) but the magazine can be enjoyed by anyone who loves fun activities - including adults :)

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Of course! At checkout, simply input their shipping address and your billing address. If you'd like, you can also print this special card to give to them!

Does this require my kid to be able to read?

We designed this in a way that's mostly easy to fill out, even if they don't know how to read yet. While each activity includes a simple one-line instruction, most activities are intuitive enough to be completed without any reading.

How long does it take to fill out?

Spark is designed to be as engaging as possible so that kids can fill it out independently. The time it takes to "complete" varies depending on the child, but the typical range is 1 - 3 hours.

When will I be billed?

The day you sign up is your billing date. So if you sign up on the 7th of the month, you will be billed on or around the 7th of each following month.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, after signing up, you will receive a link to your order management portal where you can pause your subscription entirely, or select specific months where you want to pause. You will not be billed for any paused months.

How do I cancel my subscription?

After signing up, you will receive a link to your order management portal where you can cancel your subscription anytime with just a few clicks. If you have any questions or issues with your subscription, you can email us at hello@spark.kids.
